Most catering math is a guessing game — order too little and guests miss out, order too much and you're paying for waste. We work differently: every booking includes unlimited cotton candy for your full booked time, no per-serving counting required.
Not sure how long to book? A good starting point is 1 hour per 50-75 guests to keep the line moving without a wait. Bigger event or longer reception? Just ask — we'll help you dial it in.

4-6 weeks is ideal, especially for weekend dates in peak season — but please reach out even if your event is sooner! We're happy to work with you.

Our machines run on standard outlets. We have extension cords up to 100ft long. For remote or power-free locations, we can rent a generator for $125.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens — here's how we handle changes.
- Reschedule anytime, free, with at least 7 days notice (subject to availability)
- Cancel 14+ days out: full deposit refund
- Cancel 7–13 days out: 50% of your deposit is refundable
- Cancel within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable — we've reserved your date and likely can't rebook it in time
- Custom flavor/color development fees are non-refundable once work begins, regardless of event timing
