How far in advance do I need to order?
Allow about two weeks before your event: time for your proof, then production and shipping. Need it sooner? Message us and we'll tell you what's possible.
What if I don't have a logo — can I still add a name or message?
Yes. Choose "Add a message" in Step 3 and type up to 40 characters. It prints in black on a clear label on every pouch.
Can I mix uneven quantities across flavors?
Yes. Each flavor goes in steps of 5, so 25 pouches could be 15 Marionberry and 10 Dill Pickle, or five flavors at 5 each.
What happens after I choose the logo option?
After checkout we email you to collect your logo, then send a proof of the label. Production starts once you approve it, and your pack ships within the stated business days after approval.
Do you ship nationwide, or is local pickup available?
We ship nationwide from Vancouver, WA. Local pickup is available for Portland-area orders — add a note at checkout.
